Both. Our Campaign Sprint is built for a single, sharp push delivered in weeks; a retainer covers always-on advertising as a managed monthly function.

Do you handle the creative and the media?

Yes — concept, creative, production and media planning all under one roof, so nothing gets lost in handovers between agencies.

How do you measure success?

We agree what success looks like upfront, track it live while the campaign runs, and report on it honestly — including what we’d do differently next time.

Should we start with strategy first?

If you’re unsure of your positioning or audience, yes — that’s what CMB Insight is for, and the Brand Launch package combines both. If the strategy’s clear, we can move straight to creative.

What media budget should we set aside on top of your fee?

Our fee covers concept, creative and management. Media spend — the actual ad inventory — sits separately in your budget. For most Australian campaigns we see effective programmes running from around A$2,500–A$8,000/month in media spend, depending on channel and objectives. We’ll recommend a realistic figure in your quote.

How quickly will we see results?

Direct-response campaigns (paid search, paid social) typically show measurable results within 2–4 weeks. Brand-building work takes longer — usually 2–3 months before clear patterns emerge. We set out what to expect at the brief stage so you’re never left guessing.

Discovery of audience, objective, budget and timeline. Concept territories developed. Creative direction agreed before any production work begins.

Produce

Creative assets produced in all required formats. Media plan finalised with channel mix, audience targeting and budget allocation. Trackable links and conversion setup.

Review & launch

Mandatory compliance review against the AANA Code of Ethics, AANA Environmental Claims Code (effective March 2025), ACL, Spam Act 2003, and any category-specific rules (alcohol, gambling, financial services). Sign-off, then launch.

Optimise & report

Live monitoring with real-time optimisation against agreed KPIs. Written performance reports on the agreed cadence. End-of-campaign retrospective and recommendations.
