How quickly can we start?

A Business Review typically kicks off within a week of your brief. For retained advisory, we agree a start date and rhythm that suits your team.

Do you work with small businesses or only larger ones?

Both. The approach scales — from a focused review for an owner-managed business to ongoing advisory for a full management team.

Can you work alongside our existing team and advisers?

Yes. We complement your accountant, lawyer and internal team rather than replace them — we’re there to add capacity and an objective view.

What is a realistic return on a business review?

The most common outcome is identifying one or two structural inefficiencies that, once fixed, free up material time or cost. Our clients typically find savings or process gains worth several multiples of the engagement fee — and because we work to a fixed scope, you know the cost before you start.

How is this different from hiring a part-time FD or ops director?

A part-time hire is ongoing overhead and takes months to onboard. We run a fixed-scope engagement, deliver clear recommendations, and you choose what to implement and when. We’re also independent — we have no incentive to make you dependent on us beyond the project.

Diagnose, design, deliver, iterate. Our Australian advisory work accounts for local context: Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards for staffing reviews, ATO requirements for financial planning, ASIC obligations for governance work, and ACL compliance for all recommendations.
